I got a feeling that they have purged June and July applications either intentionally or by mistake!

I agree with u Anna...:(

Look under 'Application Assignment'. This gives you the earliest date by which your file would be reviewed. I assume you would have glanced at the due dates under the individual admissibilities section too

No change, due date 27/08/2013, medical due date 31/10/2013. Dont know why they pushed Kazi.

From what I understand, there was nothing in Kazi's GCMS notes that indicated a change in the due date. I believe he only got this information from CIC through his MP.

If they make changes in your file, they have to record in GCMS. I think he has not ordered them recently, but if he does, he might see it. @ Kazi, when they informed you and have you ordered new set of GCMS or have you seen it mentioned on your GCMS.

Thnx.

Yes you are right. The MP secretary informed me about the change of due date, my GCMS note which I got on 23 rd july and updated till May 31st didn't show any change in due date (Aug 3rd, 2013). I have ordered another set of GCMS report on 2nd August. And the MP secretary informed me the forwarded date on 7th Aug.

This damn processing is not going to end. At each step I am facing something new and bizarre. This time, they have lost my wife's medical results. I am frustrated indeed!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. This is just ridiculous, if we do FXXXXXXXXXXXXX silly mistake they just through out our application (more specifically our career/hope) into trash but when they does anything wrong, its kind of more than normal. Seems like we r just slave and its up to them where they r buying or not.

I do not know what to day. Just frustrated. I am really fighting for this PR. If I had not sent any inquiry e-mail last night, who knows how long I would wait for nothing again. Everybody must follow his case step by step by sending inquiries. The first time they lost my reference letter, and rejected me. It took me 2 month just to re-open my file. Then, they came up with the sanction idea to reject me. It took me over a month to prove them that I have nothing to do with the sanction and transfer of 40000$ or less from Iran to Canada is not restricted by the law! and now medical result is lost :). How long this one will take, just God knows. I hop my end would be the same as Never Give Up :).

I agree with Never Give up, each of us can write another thesis on our PR journey, or we could write a special acknowledgement to CIC for giving us the PR by ruining our Research Performance

That is so very unprofessional of them. I mean don't they even have the courtesy to inform the PA about this?. It shouldn't take an inquiry on our behalf for them to see this. Very easy for them to put the blame on the doctor for being late most of the times.

I think the system will soon evolve so that they start loosing passports mailed in to their office (hope CIC doesn't come to such a pass !!)

I called the Dr.'s office, and they were not helpful at all. They even did not provide me with the date they sent out the medical results to CIC. They just asked me to forward CIC's e-mail to them. In the e-mail, CIC has asked me about the date of submission for the results and which Canadian medical office the results have been sent to!

You did e-medical? How they can lost a medical result which is submitted on-line to them.??????

The point is that they launched e-medical to avoid losing people's medical results!
