I used this format for the letter. I mean that is there any need to clarify why we are updating the letter or any description about it beside the letter?

Did you send them the updated letter? Kuzey who submitted his application on May 11, 2012 received his medical request today, so your application must be under process too, try your best to send the reference letter before their decision!

I just got my Passport back! This is my time line for the passport for those who are interested in this info:
My passport reached ottawa in May22, the xpresspost got activated yesterday June 13, and I got my passport today, June 14.
I will probably do my landing until the end of July. I will let you know.

there is no need to explain why you are updating your work experience letter. I updated my work experience three times without any explanation. I just said:

"Please the enclosed find my updated work experience letter."

Congrats!! so you are the first who has achieved the Medical request award among the early document request . Moreover, it clears one more thing updating reference letter even at the last stage (before making the final decision) works and all of us has to be very serious. I received another document request today.

They have requested me to send them the original police certificate from Iran matching the translation I had submitted at the time of application. They don't want a new police certificate.
Moreover, they have requested me to send the PhD info to them.

The deadline is one month from now.

The email address is "OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca". SO, you have sent it to the right address. But, I always get an auto reply from them.
Maybe, you can send it again.
Check your file to see if it is not too big.

Since you are next in the list, I think it is better to resend it.
When you resend it, you can explain that you are resending it because you did not get an auto reply.
If you don't get an auto reply, mail them the updated letter on Monday.
