Processing times for federal skilled worker applications were updated yesterday, the times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013. ( I think there is a typo here,
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp
If it has been longer than the time shown above since you applied and your visa office has not contacted you, you may wish to contact the visa office that is processing your application by e-mail, letter or fax. The Call Centre does not have information about applications processed outside Canada.

I think the first one that should contact them right away is beishidashuo, any one submitted his application before 15 months could contact them, as they have said in the above link.

Is there any applicant from April and May 2012 who came up with final decision or medical request?

Did you get your GCMS notes? I was reading your last posts, so I found you ordered them on April 2, I am pretty sure that you passed the 6 selection factors, did you find that at your notes?
I added some of your informations to the spreadsheet but I miss some details, would you please post the rest?

April's applicants didn't get any document request or medical one untill now!

Good Luck!

I got my PER on May 2012. Based on the CAIPS, they have not assessed my file for eligibility yet! Due date was end of May 2013.

Not yet! When did you receive your CAIPS?

Not yet! Sigh... :(

I'm from the April. I ordered CAIPS but yet to arrive. Due date has gone by and passed long ago.

Hi Guys, even though I've been following this post long time, this is my first post since I don't have too much experience to share.

I finally got my PPR this morning. Here is my timeline:

Application Mailed: Feb 2012
Fee charged: Feb 2012
PER: Mar 8, 2012
POF Requested: Feb 17, 2013
POF Requested 2nd time (system error) Mar 20, 2013
Start Processing: Mar 22, 2013
Med Request: Mar 23, 2013
Med Done: Apr 17, 2013
Med Received: May 13, 2013
Decision Made: N/A
PPR: May 14, 2013

I still haven't got Decision Made on eCas yet. Anyone knows if it is supposed to show up before PPR or they may update it NON-chronologically?

Thanks.

I received it almost after one month on May 2.

Would you mind sharing your points based on the initial assessment made by the CIO?.Also, were you requested for further documents?

With respect to duties, the CIC guidelines state that the applicant must have carried out a substantial number of duties. So if one is missing but others are accepted, and the lead statement is somehow met, CIC may accept it on the basis 80% or more of the duties are met.
the regulation does not say 80%of duties have to be met, otherwise, if there are 8 duties, you have to match 7 out of them, no one can really perform this many duties.

I have just received my GCMS report and it seems that they have not received my medical report yet although I did my medical in March 5 :( any suggestion how to follow up? I sent the receipt of my medical test to them but it does not show up in the list :( any idea which can help?

There is also a line in my report which says "the reason for closure: commence in eMed" any idea what does it mean?
