Hi N_O,

Thanks. But when is the next update of processing times?

Once you exceeded the maximum processing time, you can contact them and they are supposed to give you an answer. Wait to the next update of the processing times!

They update it 4 times a year, the last update was on Jan 16th, the next update would be within this week at most hopefully.

Hi Guys,

I had not checked this forum for a long time because of so many things happening in my life recently. But I thought I have to share this news. We got Medical and RPRF requests yesterday. It took them one and half year to process our application, but it seems that at last they got that long awaited police clearance certificate.
Congrats man, That was a good news

Thanks, that makes sense, but is a little late. I already sent the request. Hope it works.

Did you get your CAIPS? Or did they contact you regarding the decision?

Reference letter sealed?

Hi,

Does the work reference letter (e.g., for TA experience) have to be sealed in an envelope, and SIGNED ACROSS the seal ?

No, this is not necessary, however it doesn't hurt if u did it.

You can even submit photocopies of the letter instead of the original.

Re: Reference letter sealed?

Thank you!
Good. I don't need to bother my supervisor again then.

I am submitting my application tomorrow for the second time..!

It should reach CIO before May 4.
Good luck

I sent a new application today. It is expected to be deleivered on May 1st, 2013.

NB: I submitted an application on Nov. 2012. The work experience ref. letters were not similar to the NOC leading statement and duities. And several members on the forum submitted updated letters to be attached to their applications, the letters were considered, however, the applications were rejected. This means my first application may be rejected, even if I submit new ref. letters. The new system that begin on May 4th, requires more and more preparation. To be on the safe side and to get the PR eariler, I sent a new application.

Thank you all. I found this forum very useful.

Is that possible? Did u call the help center or asked a lawyer about the possibility of having two running applications under the same program

Hi guys

I have a question about the certificates of character. I haven't received a request for documents however I do have my PCCs ready. Should I send them in without being asked, as a supplement to my initial application? I wonder if I should because I know they expire 3 months after issued if they haven't been submitted and I don't want that to happen.

Thanks!

paystubs - is it necessary?
Hi everyone,
Just wondering for RAship
once you have the employment letter, is the paystub still required?
Can you substitute it for T4A tax forms?

if paystub is abosolutely required how many do i need to submit?
thanks

Hello all,

I sent my police clearance to CPPO. I only sent the English translation and now they have emailed me to send the original one as well.
Do I need to again translate it and send with original one or it should be enough to only send the original as they already have the translation?

Thanks,
