Any updates on applicants from Quebec? I am still concerned about the intention to reside out of quebec issue.. has anybody got a solution?

Nothing. But things are so slow that is hard to say anything. We got a few rejections, so I would advise you to look for professional help and other streams as well.

Congrat! Do you know when your due date is?

Due Dates are always one year after PER.

In my case, PER was issued on Apr 10, however, my due date is March 29. As my CAIPS shows, my file was reviewed twice at the Sydney level: on March 29 and April 10. The first officer suggested the rejection of my application for the famous job description reason, but the second one approved it (sham on him :)). PER was issued on April 10, but due date is March 29 :). However, as you said, due date should be one year after the PER for most of the applicants.

Not exactly. For example, in my case, PER was issued on Apr 12, however, my due date is March 29.

That means you were probably found eligible by then. Beware that are more than one due dates. Every subtask has their own. But overall, one year top after your PER. But it is not mandatory they will do anything on then.

I should hear from them very soon finally! As shown by the tracker, they have almost contacted everyone with the due date of March 22 or before.

May I ask your nationality ? They are looking for so much additional information. I already provided these all in my new app, but the supervisor's info.

he is iranian. Only iranians have gotten this kind of requests due to security issues caused by the international embargo.

Oh wow, they may as well make you submit the whole application all over again :) Congrats. Can you share with us the wording you got in the email? I wonder why some applicants got requested for statement of research, whereas some others are not.

It's good to know that they start moving forward in the application. That they seem to honor the due date seems more and more likely, and a lot of people would hear something especially the first couple of days of spring. Hopefully it'll all be good news.

One month for us Iranians to get the PCC is rather short. Good luck.

That's crazy. I got asked for POF and PCC about three weeks ago, but they gave me three months to do PCC, and only one month to do POF. I think that's probably true for mehroonir as well (until June 19 for PCC and April 19 for all else)?

I wonder how this would relate to their PhD field of study. I mean, they're all doing their PhD in accredited Canadian universities, why would the CIC still need to question the legitimacy of their study?

I'm Iranian. We had included PCC and proof of funds in addition to account activity for six months.
