Criminality was put in progress back in May, 2012, and they had already filed my RCMP report as well.

All the Iranians who are still in process (not rejected) have been asked for the bank history. About Shomo, I do not remember if he has been asked for the history twice or once. If twice, that is because he applied in Nov., and the process of his application has taken a long time.

Ya, but I think Shomo mentioned several months ago that he got asked again the second time to provide updated bank statement history. And several days ago, he mentioned that his application was still under process (after sending email to Ottawa).

My money order was cashed March 15. I received NER May 23 and the reason was I have not completed two years of my PhD program, while I was in third year!! I applied again (just forms and some documents ,not all of them) and put a cover letter on my new application package asking to review my previous one. They returned my new application package and reopened previous one. In the CAIPS notes I see the reason of reopen is administrative error.

I included RA/TA experience and other experience, but in other experience my duties were not mentioned .Based on CAIPS notes, I think they just accepted my RA/TA.

MarMar20, can you provide details like when your Creditcard was charged and also did you or did you not use TA/RA or just work experience or mix of both

Hey Guys, Good news for Iranian. I got my medical request the other day. I was asked to send the exact same docs (Bank history, PhD info, ...). In the past six months I even sometimes had 4k, but the amount was increasing, no large deposits. I showed them 11500~. So no need to worry.

Hey Dude , I have a question. I have the similar situation, I have bank account but I have not borrowed money. But I received some large amount from my family sometimes. Do you think that providing the proof that I received this money from my family as family support is enough? or Do you think that is gonna be a problem?
