Nops, that is only for new applicants. It may apply for the incoming PHD Stream 2013 though, if they decide to keep it. Thanks for the tracker information.

Anyone who didn't send the police clearance certificate along with the application, can you please tell me if you checked the box in the checklist
and also if you wrote a cover letter that PC will be sent later?

Nothing , I follow my case through the MP and it seems that the Ottawa is on vacation now, I think they will start working on your application in the beginning of September and I believe it will be much more faster than before, do not worry :)

I took my Canadian English test today. I want to suggest those who are going to take this test that you won't have much time for the speaking part. I had plenty time for listening, reading and writing. I thought I would have enough for the speaking, so I was kind of slow. But I could not finish all the speaking questions. I was quite upset about it.

I understand the new changes however, how are they going to affect the new applications? I do not think it will affect ours, right?

Your application will be processed according to the regulations effective when you submit
your application to the visa office. Understand? I think it is clearly stated on their website.

Hi TyrusX,
Do you think a cover letter is needed for not submitting the PC with the application?
