You could email a scanned copy and follow it up by mailing one in a sealed envelope. This is exactly what I did....

Thanks Govind and Anjuku. I feel really broke after reading Houra's reply on my comment. Its fasting month for us and I was just came back from my off campus work (worked 10 hrs with fasting) and opened the forum , Its really doesn't matter, most importantly all of us r going through with tons of stresses in past days in similar fashion and we can feel for each other, in fact we should. . Jonas Salk who invented Polio Vaccine didn't patent it to make it affordable for the millions of ppl as a result he missed out an earning an estimated US $7 billion dollars. You do not need to send it sealed in the envelope. I overturned my file just by sending the scanned copy of it.
