It says currenty who are working or who are authorized to work, is that mean who even got the off campus work permit or who has graduated and got the post graduate work permit (3 yrs). This could be interesting.

We are authorized to work under study permit (check the amended R186). The problem, though, you need BOTH arranged employment AND to be authorized to work in Canada, and I don't on-campus employment would work here.

I mean the off campus work permit not the on campus, I have my off campus work-permit and I am working 20hrs/week by that authorization. I have also included my one year off campus work experience letter, along with the associated income I had made from that (T4).

My Application received on 2nd of May. Still no response. Applied under PhD stream. Included RA experience.

Wow congrats!!! I wonder now exactly what passport request really signifies. Does that mean they have completed ALL background checks (including security)? Or all but security have been completed? I got 'Decision Made' exactly at the same time as 'Medical Received' (literally the same second at midnight April 15), and it looks like that, at the time, they were only waiting for my medical results to be assessed, and as soon as that was done, it's decision made. I'll wait a couple more days for CAIPS and see what it says there...
 
Forgot to mention my nationality. I am an Indian.
 
My new application is received on may 2nd Just 4080 hours of RA. Not even TA. Still nothing happened, But I am very happy that my previous status again changed to in process from Decision has been made after I appealed. I do not know what is going to happen, But I hope I got accepted this time.
