The first thing is Credit Card or Bank Draft charge without any contact from CIC. You should figure it out from your bank or Credit Cart balance.

Hey guys, I sent my application in mid-December, but still haven't gotten my file number nor any contact from CIC. Should I be concerned?

Thanks so much for that info, PhD2014. I didn't know that that was the first step. I still haven't been charged, but based on the previous posts, it seems that some December applicants haven't been charged either. So I will just keep waiting...

Indeed we don't have any choice....But why PhD applicants are not charged after 1st week of December.....at the same time, December 1st PhD applicant already got PER...What may be the reason...??!!....

I am just sure the cap doesn't reach for PhD as it was only 227 on November 17 and someone here called and they informed that,hopefully if any one called them to share the news it is really frustrated to wait
