It is under paper file section, latest one is at the first paragraph under this section.
in my notes, it was at 35th page but the page number varies form file to file.

Thank you.

We found it. Unfortunately he is not in FSW JAN.

His status was last update in Oct second and the location of his paper file is as same as the code of the VO who updated the status. I mean the terms "updated by" and "location" are the same. It is interesting that these two terms refer to a VO who was responsible for all the assignments in his file.

Was that RK6165? or a DSXXXX? If any of these apply he will have to order another GCMS file in order to know the exact location of his file!

When a file is with a VO it means your application is being touched by a person!

Is yours one of these 2 as well?

LOL, I don't know if you have read one of my latest posts here but RK6165 is the person who sends out all the emails. Check all the emails you have got from CPC-Ottawa, right after the French name you will find this code. This seems to be a central person who monitors many things. In fact my PCC were received by this person RK6165, so he/she does multiple tasks at CPC Ottawa. Or maybe this code represents multiple persons :D

For the assignment due date in page 2, in the section "assigned by" we can see his name as well. But he has assigned the task to somebody else. That due date was Oct 31st and nothing happened.

Totally agree. That person is everywhere. It may just be a code for general personnel at CPC Ottawa that are just checking emails, completeness of received documents and so on. But VO will definitely have different codes.

Thanks anyway for your guide. I will update you when I receive mine.

Guys, what do you think, where should I mail my application - either to Ottawa or Sydney?

Are you a new applicant? If yes you must send it to Sydney.

Hi Dark_Diamon, yes, I am a new applicant. Ok, will do so. Thanks!
Btw, is there a courier company CIC prefers?

When you apply for the first time, your passport must be valid for at least six months. If you haven't received the new passport, please send a letter to explain why.

Thanks for response.
Is there any resource for the necessity of "six month valid passport"? I couldn't find such thing in the guide.

Guys, one more question. My primary occupation is Music Teacher (NOC 5133) and since I have a couple of years of experience on this position I was thinking of declaring this occupation as my intended occupation here in Canada. However, this occupation is not one of the 50 eligible occupations as per CIC http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp. Do you think I should still stick to it since I have some experience?
