My brother from another mother,

At Calgary airport as I type.

Landed yesterday at Montreal, immigration clearance was done in 15 mins (landed around 9pm Montreal time).
Spent the night there (with some old folks at a hotel)
Headed to Calgary today.

No issue of FSW landing in Quebec, no onward journey questions or hotel reservation question, just smooth and lovely landing.

Finally XLS, you have finally landed...... Congratulations on your successful landing,
I'm so happy for you bro, enjoy the fruit of your labour.

Thank you, very much Aroms.

What's the present situation with your passport and copr? Still no news from your agent or AVO? Send AVO another gentle reminder. "IAM STILL WAITING" They can't keep your passport forever, what if U need to travel. This is so not right.

@ xls, Thanks for the concern.

Our passports are still with AVO without any form of feedback from them, they no longer respond to our emails and cse. It's already over 12 weeks our passports arrived AVO, I had planned to go for a training next, I just have to cancel the trip. Please could any one provide us with another number we can reach AVO effort to reach AVO on this line +233 (030) 2211524 prove abortive. #It will surely end in praise#.

Hello Xls
Pardon this my naive question.
1) Are you an EE applicant or old FSW?
2) I notice from your timeline that while it took just 10 days to move from AOR to Medical request, it took about 5 months (Oct 2015 to March 2016) between passing medical and passport request. Will you say this is average timeline for Nigerian applicants or was there some delays?
3) I just got nominated by SINP (OID), so I will send my application in a couple of days. Is there any document that was reqested that you had to send later? I am asking so I can get as prepared as possible in order to have a smooth process.

Thanks

Just thinking. Why don't you try visiting the Canadian high Commission in Lagos, they might have a contact in Accra that can provide some answers.

@Arom
Your shoes is what I will not wish for anyone to be in because the anxiety alone is too much of a stress than I can think of. I am still praying with you and very soon we will hear good news from you. I can see you are a strong fellow so please still keep your faith and hopes high. Everything will be OK at the right time.

@ Willi,

Where have you been?
It been awhile since I seen your post, hope you're doing fine.
I sincerely appreciate your concern, hand of fellowship and prayers, The delay will sure end in our favour, it's over 12 weeks AVO received our passports,
trusting God our passports would be sent to us with visas and CORP..... I'm believing God it will surely end in praise.
Hope your application is getting attention.

Just wondering if Accra has issued PPRs lately, last additional doc request on my file was May 6th from Officer RK and since then perfect silence, I always thought AVO was fast, hitting 4 months in few days. just keeping the faith. waiting on my gcsm notes as well should arrive soon.

I see a number in PNP and family class. Praying with you bro. Can't wait for your PPR and COPR

Hello xls,

I stop by the Canadian high commission in VI today, I was advice to keep sending reminder mail AVO at least twice a day.
