@babaniyen...Did you upload the printout of the new medical to your Mycic account after you did it?
It's an automated system. The hospital has obviously sent them the results hence the medicals passed but you need to upload it so the system can say provided.

Guys please advice me.I have gain an admission to McGill university in Quebec for a six weeks language course in January 2017. I have paid fully for the course and insurance, Should i apply for TRV or visitors visa? What time is best to apply and what document should i take to the embassy and what is the possibility of getting the visa?

Helloo Guys, I got my application approved and closed last week Wednesday in my CIC account but till now have not receive the pick up mail so I can authorise DHL to go for my passport. Is this normal?.

Go ahead & authorize DHL to go for pick up. Give them your file number (E000XXXXXX) because Accra will ask for it at pick up for confirmation. Same happened to me, only difference was that I used FedEx.

Yes it is as long as it's been few days after application was approved & closed. I never received pick up mail - checked my spam as well - so I sent FedEx to go get my passport & Accra requested file number from FedEx for confirmation.
