Applicant Ecas status shows Decision made but no PPR

Hi,

On my parents immigration, Ecas status shows decision made since Nov 12, 2018, pre-arrival letter received on Nov 11, 2018, but no ppr yet? I am bit confused and scared. Is there anyone else facing same issue?

why is it taking so long in our case if you have any idea, usually people get response right away or maximum within two weeks?

Hi Wakki, Its have been 17 days passed of Jan, still didn't hear anything, they didn't touch file since 12 Nov 2018.

Hi Wakki,

Finally after 2 months and one week, we got passport request on 18 Jan. Actually MP has sent them email on Monday to inquire about delay after decision made. CIC sent passport request through email but my account is not updated. We are sending passport today to Ottawa because parents are in Canada. Our Visa office was New Delhi.
