Hi, I have been trying to submit my EoA from last night but due to the 'Appengrid does not initialized' error, can't proceed beyond my passport details. The whole online service is quite slow and frustrating. Followed a previous thread on this same topic and tried the following already:
-Tried Chrome and Firefox, no results.
-Tried clearing cookies, no results.
- Even tried from Chrome in android, no improvements!
Note, my internet speed is not great, but not that slow either. The speed should not be a problem in my case, I feel.
Some urgent help needed. TIA.
