Appendix C medical appointment question..VISA office processing file

Hello there.

When I go to my medical appointment with appendix C what do I put for VISA office processing file?

Do I put CPC Mississauga, or Buffalo?

I think I put CPC Mississauga because I am applying for PR as an outbound US citizen.

The Dr who did my husbands medical said to put Buffalo. If you are going to a DMP in Canada I am going to let you know in advance because we are now in a situation, that our Dr is used to inland apps, not outland, and didn't give us the copy 2 of the medical report. Make sure you ask for it before you leave the appointment!! Best of luck with your application!!!

I'm pretty sure we indicated Mississauga on our outland medical form because that's what the experts here told us to do (we had initially written Buffalo and had to correct the form). Hopefully others can confirm...

Actually it should be Buffalo as that is the visa office.
