Appeal Case....Pls help with informations!!!

my husband visa was refused some months back, and i did appeal here by myself not with the help of a lawyer, and i received a letter last week saying that they got my papers and that i should wait to hear from them again.

pls does anyone have ideal wat next? if i need to go in for interview what are they going to ask me? and how long do you think it will take for them to get back to me again? pls help if you have any ideal..

Where are you in Canada? And where is your husband? What were the reasons for refusal?

Yes, they have reasons. Did you order the notes? This is what we did. We got refusal letter on November 14, we ordered the notes the week after and we got them on December 23. In the notes, they explained everything why they did not believe you. It is IMPORTANT to have the notes... how can you fight back if you don't know what it is about?

I am not sure how to order them since my immigration lawyer did, but here is a thread that might help you:

You did not answer my previous questions... who sent you a letter and what else does it say other that you should be waiting to hear from them again?

You can go to:
.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp.

You should order the notes as it will give you an idea about the reasons for visa officer's decision. It take around 30 days to get the notes.
