Hello all,

I submitted my application under CEC last month. Now I am planning to move out of Canada and have no clarity about when I will come back again. I will leave my job too. Should I inform CIC about all of this ?
Will I be asked for POF if I leave my job now?

My work permit is valid for one and half more years.

Second question is
If I go back to my home country and work there for 4,5 months while application under process, should I inform CIC about it ?

Thnks

may be this will help... http://www.roadtocanada.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=8851

hey usually when you change your address yo uneed to inform CIC so in your situation you will be changing your current address from canada to a new country or your home country so the answer is yes you need to inform CIC.

about POF i dont htink that will be necessary because once you submit your EAPR everything is locked in time and it doesnt matter if you loose your job or have a new job as CIC will asses your application based on the infomation provied on EAPR and circumstances before that.

and for your second question you do not need to tell CIC about your new job in your home country as that new job is not fetching you any points , but still if you want to you can.

hope that helps

+1 if it did

raise a case specific enquiry
