Post under refugee section. This is not a case of family sponsorship and timelines for getting PR as a dependent of protected people are much different. Unless part of the pilot program you will need to wait until your spouse gets PR before your application gets processed. Given the 1 time policy would not apply to applicants in mid 2026 it will likely be many years before you get PR.
