AOR Received - Advice Required on Bridging Visa

Morning folks,

So I received my AOR early this month and enter the long waiting game as my case is assessed. My current work permit (as part of the IEC program) expires in April, I understand that for me to continue to work in Canada while my PR application is being process that I require a "Bridging Visa"?

Can anyone shed any more light onto this?
