For me everything except BGC (including eligibility) was marked complete earlier and BGC was marked complete on Mar 16. No update after Mar 20th.

It didn't update, still shows last update was on March 20th - I guess there is a system glitch

Their systems are getting updated, just that the date I guess for everyone is showing as March 20th

The only update I got so far in 4 months + was the address correction I sent them 2 months ago. They updated that on March 20th and ever since my application has been stuck on that date. Never got any GU. Eligibility and BGC are still "not started". 147 days of nothingness.

Hi, may I know how you got detailed information on "Criminality", "Info Sharing" and "Security" ? I don't see this in the tracker !
