Hi everyone! I received ITA on 16 November and submitted my application today (paid fees etc).
So now we have 6 months till we get a decision!
I hope they actually stick to that since it took me over a year to get a provincial nomination

It depends, some get PPR very quickly... are you British National? It sometimes seems like British Nationals get through way quicker.

Dear All October 2016 is near to an end including many of us are waiting for AOR. All who have received their ITAs and submitted the application are expecting the AOR in November let us all converge here and share our experience..

Hey dont worry!
It depends on ur location. I am in usa and eAOR DATE IS 10th Nov and just got med in progress status.
So dont worry urs will be done in by next weekend. All us candidates have same trend.

hanks Ash_rock.. I did added ma case to the tracker... upon analysis.. I see only mine still in submitted status receiving AOR.

99% ppl got medicals passed for AOR received after nov 14th.

Medicals taken (India) - Nov 4th

Currently residing in USA.

Guys... I am bit worried seeing the constant status without any update Sad

I got medical passed after 25 days. it can take a month, so you dont have to panic. Certain hospitals dont get the HIV and syphilis report soon as they are depending on other organisations, this is what was told to me while i approached the hospital.

you said you have UCI number. Which means application is submitted successfully. Wait for some days, may be the system glitch will be resolved soon.

As mentioned by Mohit, there might be something common between folks applying from the US, and the delay is probably normal for you. Anyway, you can consider contacting the IRCC or VO (not sure which one) as I believe there is a communication channel in case your application status is not updated for more than 6mnths. I will post the contact (email id) in case i find, you can search in this forum too.

Folks,

In a sudden turn of events, I got my CPCO-FinalRequest email today.
This is shocking as I submitted my application on 6th Nov 2016 (Exactly 1 month ago) and got the AOR on the same day.

Some miracle!! Anyways, need to send out our passports to NDVO thru VFS within 30days.

@John: Not sure if 1 month is common as I wasn't expecting it at all as per my research and according a close friend who had landed in Canada in July 2016 and it took his application 8 months to process. But hope there has been some radical changes in the processing and the overall time for everyone has/should reduce.
