Same here. Apparently, it takes more than a month just to send an AOR...

Based on the IRCC data, and data from the https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16cfQUVB3j56QktacolbsAxpNlOrvk2uFGZzm_ZFCnfg/edit#gid=671336796 my estimate is that around 20.000 applications were received on Oct 16. only. As of today, Nov 20, only 60 % of them received the AOR.

Give a little break to the IRCC clerks.

In summary - pre C-24 average monthly cohort was 20.000, and this average dropped to 10.000 after C-24. Those are facts coming from the government.

Now the estimates: 10.000 monthly applications resulted in average 80-90 entries in the spreadsheet, so my estimate is that roughly one in a hundred applicants enters its data into the spreadsheet. 193 entries for Oct. 16 yields to appx. 20.000 applications.
