ITA Received - Mar 9th
Application Submitted - May 6th
AOR Received - May 7th
Medical Passed - May 19th
BGC In Progress - May 19th
BGC Not Needed - May 22nd.

What does BGC Not needed means? Does it mean they don't need to check my background or is it not needed now but will be verified in the near future? Any ideas.
