Hi everyone, I had applied for EE on 15 Jan 16. I had got the ITA in first week of Jan. The med status changed to passed within a week. Presently the status for ' Review of Eligibility' is Review in Progress. Is anybody facing a similar situation and how much more time will it take. I have submitted a LMIA with a valid job offer, with work experience certificates, IELTS (overall 8 band) and WES, PCC etc. All documents were uploaded. My score was 900 +. Could anyone advice . Thanks

Unfortunately it's a case of waiting it out. PPR's seem to be getting issued for Nov & Dec applicants just now. I'm a Dec AOR with an LMIA job offer and the status has not changed since January. If you want, you can order GCMS notes to see what's been happening with your application.

Thanx Scottygirl ! I have applied for a work permit as well and all documents incl med,PCC, ECA, WES, experience certificates, etc have been filed. Have you also filed for work permit ?? I am from India and here as per the CIC site processing time is 2 months, however I will complete 3 months on 15 Apr, but still no response from the VFS office.

I got AOR on Jan 14 and now it is checking my eligibility. The background checking has not strarted. Is there anybody the same situation to me? By the way, I am a CEC applicant inland.

You can google it, various options on the net, you will need to fill a representative form also. There are options wherein legal advise can also be sought to re apply in case of any issue. Visafile.info is one such site.

Hi everyone, Is it a mandatory requirement to upload original degrees along with WES ECA report for EE or only the WES report would suffice. My time line is as under.
ITA : First week of Jan 2016
AOR : 15 Jan
Med passed : 18 Jan
Present status : Eligibility in review.
However for last 2.5 months plus no intimation from CIC.

Can I submit the degrees now to avoid rejection incase the same are required.

You are welcome. Write a nice letter explaining that you forgot to attach them. Ask the officer politely to consider the original certificates along with other documents.
