Welcome to the club of Inland applicants with outside Visa Offices. Sucks to be in this situation.

redd, your dates are similar to mine, i got my aor on the 24th of Jan. I just hit the 6 months time period, and want to get over with it. Did you reach out to anyone for feedback, where is your application being processed ?

Thanks for the response. I was under the impression that applicants who reside in Canada have their applications processed here, but I called the agent and she had mentioned that my application is in Singapore.

Waiting to see how long this will take.

yes most of the times it is here but in some case because of work load distribution they send file to home country because in some cases they want to verify things which easy for local visa office as compared to cpc

PPR 12TH JULY
PP SENT 14TH JULY
PP RECEIVED 25TH JULY

Ah, really? I thought those whose cases are kept in CPC are treated more attentively than those sent to LVO...

Hi my file also processing in ottawa waiting for PPR ,how many month visa is stamped in your passport.visa is till end of medical like that.
Thanks..

Hello people, my question is to the people who received their gcms notes recently.

Did any of you notice if they conducted any verification on education or work etc? It is also shown in activities as activity/type-'verification QA'

They did 2 for me- one for IELTS and one for Bachelors degree.

Might also be the reason for delay.

Received the passport today. Planning on landing tonight

How many days it took to receive passport from VO? What is the current trend?

Hi,
Is there anyone here who received their passports back after more than 30 days from submission?
I submitted mine in MVO and I still haven't received any update on my status :(

I am praying everything goes well.

keep Monitoring your MyCIC profile.

Once the status changes to Approved (Which means Visa is stamped), you need not worry. let passport return take its own time.

Regards.

SGVO is also infamous for long copr processing time , up to 6 weeks some reported.

Hey don't worry that much I remember somebody in this thread getting the same answer then receiving PPR shortly. By the way, the LVO should be Warsaw not Moscow. I think the latter one is responsible for stamping visas only.

It's Moscow, according to their official website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
