Just merge all connected documents in one pdf file. There is no option to upload multiple documents in one section. Pdfmerger.com

i paid upfront. I do not think it made any difference. My application is moving forward in same pace as other FSW inland applicants.

I am waiting for FBI Summary. Got following reply from FBI today morning:

My Question was:

I have submitted request for FBI Summary Request. It was received by FBI Office on 30th December 2015. Please let me know currently which date’s request is getting processed and tentatively on which date my request would be processed.

Also please let me know if there is a faster way of obtaining the FBI Summary request i.e. if I personally come to 1000 CUSTER HOLLOW RD, CLARKSBURG, WV 26306 for finger printing would the process be faster?




Response:

The current processing time for an FBI Background Check is taking 13-15 weeks to complete from the date the request was received. It can take 11+ weeks for a request to clear our security process before we are able to see the request in our system. At this time we are opening mail we received on approximately 10-08-2015, it is too early to see the request(s). If you submitted your request by courier (Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS), please view their web site to verify delivery.

Unfortunately, no requests can be expedited at this time due to the amount of work. Please be sure to supply your full name, address, and date of birth when requesting a status update.

you still have a long way to go. mine took about 4 months, and currently im still waiting to receive the mail.

Can someone advise if the eligibility check will change into Passed?
 
As observed, It remained in progress till getting CoPR for a lot of candidates.

I really like this idea. Actually they do have this kind of record, according to those who ordered the GCMS notes lol I remember someone said the officer even searched the website of his/her company and recorded in the notes.

I have a question....I have now been promoted to the next level. The promotion is effective from 1.9.15 (the date of letter is also 1.9, but i signed it in current date i.e. x Feb 16). The letter also says no changes in terms and conditions.

My question is if I need to update CIC about this change? Can some member kindly share the CSE link too.

I believe any change to work should be communicated to CIC so that when they do back ground check they shouldn't find any difference with your profile. But if there is no change in your role after promotion (i.e. NOC doesnt change) then it shouldn't be an issue. But I am not sure in your case, experts may advise.

BG In Progress: Jan 25th
Medical Passed: Jan 28th
BG back to not needed at this time: Feb 2nd

When I applied for my open work permit extension, I applied for new employer. I believe closed work permit is specific for employer (hence, same employer), but since open work permit is not for a employer, hence, new employer.
 
DOES THE FOLLOWING NEWS MEAN OUR APPLICATIONS WILL GET FASTER CLEARANCE AND APPROVAL? 8)

A total of 4,449 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence were issued over the course of January, the highest total number for any single month since the Express Entry selection system for immigration to Canada was launched just over a year ago. The previous record was set in March, 2015, when 3,257 ITAs were issued.
January, 2016 was also the first month in almost a year during which three draws took place.
