Few weeks before I moved to India from Canada. Do I need to update CIC about my location and address change, If Yes can some one please tell me how to do that.

Anyone here with same VO!! Does anyone know the processing times for ottawa office or any info on this !!

Hi Seniors,

Need some help. I received Sch 4 request last night and I have few doubts on filling the form.

Q 7. Do we have to mentioned the details right from Kinder garden till we completed the University education?
Q 8. I need more space for filling it. At the top of the form, it says that additional sheet can be included and has been advised to write the name on top of the additional sheet.
Do we have to duplicate the form IMM5669E? Else, giving the details in a word and then converting to a pdf will do?

Please advice.

your application is IP. Now instead of BG IP we will call it AIP ( Application in progress) because Final Decision not started changes to AIP.

Previously it was last step of BG change and now it is first step of Final Decision which means the same

So the new BG IP = AIP

i reached out to the CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, asking my VO and found out that "my application is at CIO for intake".

Could you provide some insight of what to make of this information,
i know this is the Centralized Intake office (Sydney NS).. but what baffles me is that what are they doing since last 4 months with my application, if it's still at CIO for intake.

does this have to do something with my meds getting passed after almost 2 months of E-APR? i mean are they processing it based on our previous updates to the application?
(which means am with the january guys now?)

and do we have any email of CIO(NS)? or a contact number?

FSW application are shared between primary VO and CIC or Ottawa. Nothing to worry. Overall processing time remains same. You will soon see AIP and ppr
