Is this time frame only applicable to Ottawa VO? How about London VO? Do you think emails come from Ottawa or from London?

i am not really sure, but i think all the PPR emails comes from ottawa

personal opinion i think after processing of file the responsible VO sends info to CPC ottawa and then the email is sent from there but i can be wrong tho

I think this is normal.

A friend of mine who got his PPR in the beginning of March also didn't have any updates or any emails prior to the PPR. He is the FSW Outland UK with VO Ottawa.

You are right. it must be coming from same source, because everyone receives the same period no matter your VO or local time. I got mine past 7pm my local time (GMT +1)

Hi. My application was submitted thru the agent, and when I called her on Tuesday, she said there were no updates. BG check went to "In Progress" somewhere in November, but no updates since then.

I actually checked my account yesterday and it was showing updated but no updates. And then i got the ghost email today but the application is same submitted as i already checked it yesterday.
