I am also still waiting I have just received my GCM notes, nothing new in them. Lots of pages are blank, information is not visible. My 6 month mark is April 6 so I really hope I will hear something this week...Congrads to all who received PPR

How frustrating! If I remember correctly, your application has been RFV for a while now, right? Why do you think pages have been blanked out in your notes?

On a separate note, we have the same AOR. Hopefully we both get some news this week.

Tracker says they are at Canada visa office new Delhi.

My ICT visa (which my employer applied for in parallel 3 weeks back) has been approved, but I am really hoping that the PPR will come this week, and I will enter Canada on the PR rather than on a stupid visa... Will wait until Monday, and if no PPR by then, will stamp my passport with a visa...

So frustrating!

Ladies and gentlemen, I also have been waiting for PPR since long and off late I got rid of this habit as CIC requested me for South Korean PCC even though I had spent only 4.5 months there. In this process of finding someone in Korea to get me the PCC I just forgot to count my application days knowing that without PCC I might even get rejected.

I have now submitted the right documents - on time in the right format, with help from a friend's friend. In this whole process I had almost given up on the Canadian dream. As I had visualized the worst possible path i.e. rejection, I no longer am very eagerly counting days - whenever CIC has to process my application they will do that and since I cannot influence it in any way I have stopped thinking about it.

To all the fellow Octobereans waiting eagerly - trust me, your turn will come when CIC wishes to! No use of waiting / worrying, just try to relax. I wish you all best of luck and hope we get to meet in Canada to share our experience.

Hello Everyone,

Congratulations to all those that have received their PPR.

Please do we have anyone that updated their (FSW) application after submission in October.

My husband is the principal applicant and he submitted his application on 20th of October. We got married in December so he had to update his profile in January and his medicals that was initially passed changed to review in progress. However, i am yet to be called for medicals since the update was done.

We got an email on March 17 requesting for RPRF to be paid so that the final decision can be made. The payment was made upfront (October) for his initial application and mine when was done along with the update that was submitted in January so we attached the receipt and a letter stating that payment were made upfront. No email was received but we observed an update was done(status changed to provided) to the section "review of submitted document".

We have been waiting for an email requesting for me to go for medicals since the update and i will really like to know if there is anyone here with a similar case, and how long does it take to get a PPR after a request for RPRF.

Also, my husband is in Canada while i am in Nigeria. Will this affect the timeline in anyway and do i need to send the passport to Canada for PR should it be requested.

I will appreciate if anyone can be of help with regards my questions
