No, results needs only to be valid for application submission.

I had a question, I want to travel in April that is why I am thinking of not doing my landing right now. If I do my landing right now the PR card will come in 105 days which will be too late for my trip. The Copr visa on the passport is valid till September. Can I do the landing once I am back from my trip in May?

That's what we're planning on doing (once we get PR that is ). We have a trip to NY booked in July and hoping to get PR by April/May which will not give us enough time to land AND get our card. So, we plan to do our landing at Pearson Airport when we get back. As long as you land before your medical or passport expires (whichever comes first) then it'll fine.
