hey guys just want to confirm one thing:
after filling out post ITA forms i got a list of docs to submit in which doing upfront medical is mentioned. this means i have to go to the panel physician to do the exam and in return the doctor will give me notification/ confirmation page. this is it right?

Yes, you need to upload the document which is given by the doctor in the location where it is asking in your document check list
