I do not have a "Surname/Family Name" on my passport, my full name is written in the "Given Name" field.

Is this probably a reason why I can not access ECAS as it asks for the Surname as mentioned in the Identity document.?

DAC, we have the same timeline. However, I did not receive any update except BG Not started. What about you? What is your background check status?

I received an email for update.....but nothing else changed only dt I have access to ecas today 1st Nov and our medical is still not needed at this time while BG Check says not started. What more can I expect or do?

I received my AOR on 23rd oct. I googled Ecas login and typed in my UCI no and personal details and saw my records by cic.
