Also please, If your BG check goes to complete (its still not complete on MYCIC, but when I called the call center, she said its complet), does it mean it was all good, or it just mean its done and that's it ?, and you can't know, because on the medical status, it says Passed or either failed, not just complete

I am pretty sure you don't have anything to worry about. And yes! BG is among the last steps before they do PPR.

My AOR was also October 8th and my BG changed "in progress" since early November. Hopefully I also get the good news soon

I could not find your exact timeline on the spreadsheet. Do you mind sharing it with us? Thanks.

I am still confused ...

Here is my timeline:

AOR: 9 Oct 2015 PNP
Medical passed: 17 Oct (more or less +/- 2 days_)
Ecas access: 18 Oct (2 days more or less)
Annexe 4A/A request: Not sure about the day, but like 1st week of Nov, submitted after 1 day
IMM 5669 request: 22 Dec 2015, submitted after 5 days
today 6 Jan 2015: BG went to In progress (when called them, they say its complete)

Not sure if this helps or not. but my friend applied under FSW inland back in June and she received PPR on the day before Christmas. She was on PGWP. No ghost email, no updates, no schedule 4, no nothing after her first AOR. She went crazy by the beginning of December as it reached her 6 months processing time. All of sudden she received PPR email on Dec 24 in the morning.

Just like my first thought of ECAS, I think this is solely related to CIC system failure, no correlation whatsoever between your status and your current progress of your application. They really need to fix their system

its a relief to kno.coz i hv the same thing.. nothing after AOR.. nothing at all.. i m on PGWP n FSW INLAND.. been almost 4 mnths with nthng frm their side..

Hi I am CEC category, I got my AOR on Oct 09, Medical passed & Back ground "Not Stated yet started" . I applied thru agency, i called my agency yesterday & they said not need to worry as the CIC will not update the background status all the time.

We have seen may cases where ppl's background status never changed to inprocess.

I asked my agency can we apply for GCMS notes, they said it's not necessary as the normal processing time is 6 months.
