Go to this link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
Select Identification Type: Application Number / Case Number
Type your application number in identification number field ( E000...... Here E must be capital letter)
Your surname ( must be in capital letter) and other info

If you succeed to login means you got access.
