Yesterday I was requested two additional documents by CIC:
- Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees form
- Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee: A newly completed Schedule 4A - Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - Business Nominees form

Second document is not applicable for me. I am going to upload Schedule 4 and a LOE.

But I don't know where shall I upload these docs in MYCIC? Please help me to upload..Thanks

You should first press "View submitted applications", then press "continue"
Then you will see the slots for uploading files

Click on The VIEW SUBMITTED APPLICATION button

Click CONTINUE

you will find two new FILE UPLOAD options available there.

just upload your file there.

I did not upload anything else. There is no other slots for uploading UCI related files.
