AOR in November 2015 - Let's get together

Hi All,

My friend submitted her application on November 1, 2015. She has an LMIA. We uploaded Schedule A and RCMP finger prints after 7 days of submitting application. This was done as per the request from CIC. We did not hear anything after that. No idea how far the application process is in. Any idea how CIC is processing application. when she got an invitation she was having 1020 points in express entry profile.

I have my PPR also March 18th but havent heard anything back yet submited my PP on March 20th and I'm also PNP inland.
My status on CIC still not updated to "completed" or case closed yet

Hi Tiffany, I wouldn't worry too much! I am truly shocked mine was processed so fast, especially given the holiday, it just seems crazy. But I did pay for the expedited shipping going there, still it only arrived early last week. I am sure you are going to get COPR soon!

I shipped my PP by Express Post on March 18th (same day I got PPR lol). Based on what I have read average is somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks, so I wasn't anticipating COPR until April 8th or so. I even marked it in my calendar! I only knew because I had signed up for alerts from Canada Post when packages were delivered in advance and so I got an e-mail, checked my mailbox and there it was.

Yours is soooo fast!!! Still I don't have any update on my myCIC account. My passport was delivered on last Tuesday. I'm thinking to quit my current position and move to another city after getting CoPR.......

No ghost mail. Randomly checked mycic and saw the status is approved.. All the best

CIC sent out my CoPR yesterday.It has been out for delivery since 8:24 this morning. I am super worried that Canada Post has lost it. It's really nerve wracking!!!!

Hello,

is there a time limit on when the passport needs to be sent after getting PPR ? and usually how many days does it take for them to send the passport back ? i have travel plans my the end of may and if i do get my PPR by the end of april. would it be safe to send it and receive the passport here in canada or should i travel and send it from another country. and is it also possible to send to another visa office outside canada ?
