I received my FBI PCC yesterday and sent in to CIC via CSE. I have gotten a response this morning that they have received it and attached it to my profile. however when i went into my profile, i could not find the the document that i submitted.

is that supposed to be that way?

you got reply of CSE next day :O :O :O that's really great... i am really surprised though ...Normally it take 10-12 days .... anyways if they attached it to you profile it will not be visible on MYCIC... so no need to worry as long as they confirmed it.
if you want to double check you can call cic and ask agent to confirm this or order GCMS notes...

yes I submitted through CSE last night about 7pm and i got a reply at 5am this morning that theyve attached it to my application.

We got our COPRs and visas yesterday, yaaay!
We came straight to the visa office and within an hour we had our documents. So glad we made it! Hope it all goes smooth for you as well!

The CIC profile was updated only today - it now says the background check is complete and desicion: "the application has been approved".

I discovered my WES ECA was not Access-WES enabled (meaning CIC would not be able to confirm its validity online), since I ordered my ECA in 2014. Once I realized this, I ordered a duplicate from WES that was web-enabled and sent it to CIC via a CSE. This was exactly 30 business days ago today. I did not get any reply from them, just the auto-reply e-mail right after I sent the doc. Should I be worried?

Just ordered GCMS notes two days ago...

Wish things would move faster...!

I have somewhat the same timeline as you, my medical passed on 18th Nov 2015 and nothing till now.

Hi Experts,

I have applied my application while I was in swiss on Nov 22 ( Swiss address). I was not sure whether my profile is in Paris or Delhi ( Being Indian Citizen)

Yday i called CIC and they told me that my Visa office is in 'Pretoria' ( normally responsible for African countries).
Don't know how my file landed to Pretoria..

I asked CIC the same but they dnt have any clue ..!!! have you seen this type of case?

I wanted to ask you-what did you ask the CIC call agent that he was able to tell you which visa office is working on your file? As I called CIC earlier this month to ask which visa office is working on my file. He told me that he is unable to check this information as processing time on my file did not exceed 6 months. Maybe you called them on some specific number or something? Just trying to understand how were you able to get the response from CIC call agent about visa office working on your file.

I think it is how i have started. I have told them that I need to raise CSE (to specific VISA office, Paris was most likely for me) for change of my address. But Paris guys responded that they don't have my file.

So please let me know which visa office is responsible so that I can send CSE( as in AOR letter, they have clearly mentioned to raise CSE selecting specific VISA office). After listening and thinking, she decided to provide the info.

Use as professional language as you can..being over polite won't be useful..don't sound like you are buttering or desperate...just a suggestion

I have called CIC to find out which visa office is working on my file. The girl asked me several security questions (name, adress, country of residence, UCI) and after answering she confirmed that my case is in Ottawa. That seemed to be no problem at all.
