I was trying to login to the Job Bank site today and it asked for updation of express entry information and received this:

"Your Express Entry information must be revalidated.

If you have an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enter them below.

If you now have a permanent Social Insurance Number, enter it below.

You must update this information to continue using Job Bank’s Job Match service."

What's the job seeker validation code here??

Has anyone done this before?

Yeah, that happened to a lot of people, me included. The job seeker validation code should be the code you received in myCIC when you first created your JB account, it's the code that connects your JB account to your EE application. However, when I try to enter that code, the system won't accept it. Forum people have assumed that it's because the application is being processed, and so the JB account is locked, or something. If I remember correctly, Asivad suggested not to worry about it, since it won't have any impact on the application.

congrats for your ppr!! did your background check appear as "in progress" before and then moved to "not needed at this time"? Or BG check appears as "in progress" on 25th Jan for the first time?

Why was your application rejected

My first application was for the old CEC system and was rejected because the sub-cap had been reached, my second application was with EE and was rejected because I didn't include my ECA/my ECA number didn't pull through from my express entry profile.

I had AOR in November, going by current processing speed I think we should see regular PPRs in April or May.

I have submitted multiple PCCs- 4 for me, same number of PCCs for my wife and experience certificates from as many countries... does that mean that my case will be referred to local VO in these countries so that they verify my work experiences and PCCs? ??? ??? ??? ???

Is there a way to track PPR progress for candidates with AOR in other months? Can somebody share the spreadsheets for those months, if available. It's getting difficult to scan multiple threads to search for their spreadsheets.

You can copy the AOR links for the months and add in your signature

Hi duckirha, please update my entry in the spreadsheet:

Request for additional documents (Sched 4/4A, Use of Representative IMM5476): Jan 31
Will submit tomorrow: Feb 1
RPRF: paid upfront
Background check: Not started (since Jan 10)
(AOR was Nov 15)

...I guess I got the request for the Use of Representative form because I used a consultant last FSW 2014 (rejected due to cap reached), although I mentioned in my eAPR I didn't use one. I assume I have to submit that I'm canceling if I don't want to use them anymore.

I also got issued a new UCI from my FSW 2014 application
