i got a SCH A request from ADVO and original PCC from saudi arabia , sent it today tho but SCH A question 2 write name in native language i wrote n/a does it matter?

I have been following this forum for a long time and would like to share my timeline.

My timeline:

Category : FSW Inland
ITA : 2 October 2015
AOR : 3 November 2015
RPRF : Paid upfront
Medicals Passed : Novemeber 2015
Background check in progress : April 2016
PPR : 15 April 2016

As i had applied in CEC also before EE came in to effect but my case was rejected. So again applied under FSW Inland and everything went smoothly.

Hi All,
I was a silent reader of this forum, I got my PPR today my timeline is as follows,

FSW inland
Application submission and AOR : 6th Nov
All payments upfront
medicals passed within a week
background check went into "in progress" and changed back to "not needed at this time" in the first week of Dec.
GCMS ordered on 7th of April
Background check in progress on 17th April
PPR on 18th April

Thanks everyone for your valuable posts which help not only the members but also the viewers of the forum to know where they are standing and what all they need to do additionally to make the things work.

Congratz to all of them who got their PPR and all the best wishes for everyone still waiting. Whoever haven't ordered the GCMS please order it as i believe my application got the movement because i ordered GCMS.

To some of my respite, My background check went to "in progress" today from "not started".

The series of events so far in my case is as follows:

FSW Outland applicant
ITA--> 2nd October 2015
AOR--> 25th November 2015
Medicals passed--> 27th November 2015
RPRF Request--> 11th April 2016
RPRF Paid--> 13th April (Receipt uploaded same day)
"Updated" status shown on "my cic" Application page--> 18th April 2016
Background check "in progress" --> 19th April 2016

I hope having background check updated to "in progress" after RPRF request is a good sign.

Thanks everyone who helped answer queries especially Asivad Anac.

Following is my timeline:

AOR- Nov 24 2015
Schedule A Request- Nov 26 2015
Schedule A Sent- Nov 27 2015
Schedule A processed- Dec 24 2015

Since I used the services of a consultant, I did not have the luxury of logging in and checking for updates.

I had my medicals passed since December (up front medical conducted) and nothing since then.

The last update I asked for from my consultant was on Apr 2 2016 which read as:
Medicals-passed
Review of eligibility-review in progress
Background check- Not started
Final decision- not started
Review of submitted documents- Provided
Interview- not required at this time

For any queries, I will answer to the best of my abilities and process that I had followed.

Dear Addie.9, If possible can u please let us know the date when your background check went to "in progress". Further also convey your visa class (FSW Outland, Inland, CEC, FSTP etc. etc.)

Congrats to all who had got a few drops of this PPR rain!

It seems that they process November mostly on Mondays and sometimes on Fridays.

I do not have the date when my BG went in progress since I only get updates from my consultant.

Hi guys, after 5 months of waiting, I finally received a "Ready for Visa" email earlier today (oddly enough the email said it was the second request, and there was no update on my CIC profile) and they ask me to send passport, does that mean after this step I will get PR?

I have exactly 2 months on my WP, I know its sccary but just being positive.
