I have the same AOR, Last time when i got my GCMS in march even my Eligibility is still under review. Did you pay your RPRF?? If you didnt ,did you get the request?pathfinder11 said:

I'm not 100% sure but I think the phrase about eligibility being met in the RPRF request is standard and a relic from the times of paper applications. As for myCIC account, the eligibility review will stay in progress til the very end, until you get your passport stamped with the PR visa, no need to worry about that. The only way to know for sure at what stage your eligibility review is, is to order GCMS notes.
For example, my eligibility is in progress in myCIC, like with all open applications I believe, but in my GCMS notes it is not started yet.

I ordered my first notes in feb for EE application and received it on Mar.
My notes say, FSW Met, CEC Met, Medical Passed, Criminality Passed, Security Not Started, Funds Met, CEC and FSW minimum lang Met, FSW Arranged employment - Met.
Eligibility is not met and my EE profile status is still, review is process.
I am so confused, my work permit was ending on feb 28 2016 and applied i BOWP on Feb 26 2016. 2 days before the expiration.
On the BOWP refusal letter for, the reason for refusal is
Other reasons:
X Clients AOR had not received a positive eligibility assessment. Client therefore not eligible for a BOWP.
Pls advice...
