Why did CIC request Bank Account Transaction Explanation July 22, 2016 and what kind of explanation you provided to them? This information would be helpful ;D

How many Inland applicants did not have their BG "In-Progress"?

Based on the spreadsheet, the majority are "in progress". But want to know if the remainder are inactive on the forum or they didn't get it.

Guys, I request your expert guidance in the following matter:

I applied for permanent residency as single applicant in January but later I got married and updated CIC with my spouse documents. Also I filled fee payment form rather than paying online for my spouse. Yesterday, I received MYCIC account notification about your file has been updated but there was no change ( Eligibility review in process and background check in progress ; from day one of receiving AOR). Later i checked my spouse credit card and it has been charged for $550.00 i.e. application fees.

My ques is - Is it good sign the credit card has been charged now means they have reviewed all documents for my spouse and found them acceptable? or As they have processed payment now means they will review those documents now ?

AOR received on March 17th

Spouse documents updated on 25th May

Credit card payment processed for spouse on 11th Aug

usually they charge before starting reviewing your documents and after they have received all the documents, so its the beginning of review not completion of review hope it helps.

I am an inland CEC applicant my BG still says not needed at this time
