Since I was instant messaging with him, I can pitch in here: His BGC changed from "Not needed at this time" to "In Progress" and he received the PPR mail the same day.

Because mine it was not started then JUne 2 when cic asked me to upload my police clearance again my BGC was change to in progress June 2, then after I submitted my police clearance , same day, after tow days, June 4 it went to not needed at this time till now..

My BG changed to in progress today. Here's my timeline so far:

AOR: 05/03/2016
Medicals Passed: 17/03/2016
BG to "Not needed at this time": 07/04/2016
RPRF asked and submitted: 19/07/2016
BG to "in progress": 27/07/2016

I think all those status changes greatly depend on your local visa office, your application class (PNP, CEC, FSW etc.) and whether you are an outlander or an inlander. So if you want to capture a pattern, I suggest you look at those similar to you.

I received my AOR on the 30th of March, 2016. Recently I got married and I had to update the status change and change of address to CIC. I did that on June 16th but did not see any changes on my application. I raised another CSE on July 26th. Where will I see the updated address and marital status change? And CSE is the only way to let them of these changes, right?
