How about you take weekly snapshot of the March data and update JAN sheet? This will help with analysis.

Since the threads are separate it will be a good idea to have separate sheets as well.

I am not an editor of the spreadsheet so I cannot do that. Most of us in the Feb AOR group decided to go ahead with the Jan sheet and the Jan group renamed the sheet to 2016 master sheet for this reason. Going through multiple sheets of the 2015 AORs wasn't helpful for many of us and hence there was an attempt to make a single master sheet but it was too late, in November I think.

Using the master sheet is just a suggestion...

Submitted my application yesterday!

ITA: Feb 24

Got a ghost email yesterday. Medical status however hasn't changed from "Review In Progress" and no other change to profile that I can see.

I wonder, since I got a ghost email so soon, do you reckon I'll get a CoPR in the next couple of days? :D :D :D

Just realised, that wasn't a ghost email. It was my BGC getting set to "In Progress"

That is not true. Every application is process in Ottawa. it only happened in the last few months that the applications were sent to regional offices because fo work load (Syrian refugee program in canada).

Guys , it seems most applicants receive a request for schedule 4 after submission of documents. is there a way to send it before submission or we just need to wait for CIC's request ? Do we need to sign the original copy and scan it ?

Inland cases apparently usually take longer to process than outland, unless you are CEC, which is given priority over everything else.
