Alright haha, new problem. It says I should pay my RPRF and then upload the receipt to my profile, but:

a) The link they have included to pay the fee leads right back to my profile, and
b) There seems to be no new field to upload the RPRF!

What should I do now?

Hey, Congratulations.
After paying, send the receipt to the email CPC-O email address and raise a CSE as well.
I was told to send the receipt to CPCO-cost-recovery.ctdo-recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca. You can try that as well.
