Hi,

Did any of you who received PPR has counted the days between the message 'We do not need additional documents' and the PPR?

Since CIC states processing time is 45 days when package complete, I guess they first have to check if application is complete?
do they count the 45 days starting from the day they find the application complete?

I have counted the days and in my case it would be next monday

AOR: Jan 20
package complete: Feb 9
meds passed: Feb 17
date package complete + 45 days: Mar 27

what do you think??

Those messages can be a bit deceiving - because different immigration officers have different habbits.

What is better to observe are the milestones from GCMS notes:
Medicals (the only one you will also more or less see, but for CEC and USA, more like started action does indicate, that they are actually done)
R10 check
Criminality check
A11.2 Check
Transfer to LVO
Final check and approval

And they do not always match wich updates on our applications.

Hello,

I got my golden mail today night :)

Thank you for all support and congratulations to those who have already their PPR and finger crossed for fast processing for those who still waits.

I feel glad that I was a part of a January AOR team, since you are the best!! :)

Yea well i got my medical done in toronto, and the doctor took down my contact details and he was like god forbid something "positive" pops up on your medical we will let you know. So they didn't contact me so I'm pretty sure god willing my medical is clear, but another friend of mine aor jan 27th has had no movement, its weird because PNP's usually already have gone through a sort of clearance by attaining the nomination, all pnps had to wait around a year for this and then when it comes to PR the turn around again is longer than other streams, even though whatever they are checking for has already been vetted by the province. lol sorry I'm just venting , but its frustrating. ahhaha

Regards
Salman

PNP's have it easier during eligibility (apparently) as they are not so rigorous with the employment duties check, but for everything else we get the same treatment as everybody else as the Provinces don't look into medicals or security.

Don't worry and look in the bright side, at least you're already in Canada... All outland people still need to get to Canada after PPR, find a house, a job and settle down... You've already done that so it will be smooth sailing for you after PPR ;)

Excatly. Funny enough most PNP inlanders will do their landing sooner than their PNP Outlander peers. Even if they get their PPR later.

And congrat to new PPRs

Congratulations!
I saw that you had a Schedule A request last week, did you get no updates/changes to your progress since you uploaded it?

I got Schedule A request twice, last week and this week. And it was because I messed up a little :D (I thank god my officer apparently was very patient with me). Since then there was no change in my application status. So my BG never went back in progress.
