Again thanks a lot everybody.

Their favourite day is Friday - that is when lot of PPR does come.

My observations are following:

They seem to move applications from queue to queue.
That means:
1. First queue is for medicals (that one is done rather fast in most cases)
2. Queue for criminality check and also to start security checks - at this point you can get rejections for PPC or ADR for Schedule A or your detailed travelling history.
3. Queue for R10 - here you can get further rejections for missing documents. Once you pass this you will also get criminality confirmed.
4. A11.2 Queue - at this point rejections for wrong NOC, incorrect reference letters or too low POF can happen. This one is also pretty fast.
5. Queue for LVO tranfer - they transfer applications to LVO in batches (so maybe just 1x per week to your LVO)
6. Queue for second analyst confimation at LVO. Only done after all security checks are done as well.
7. Queue for release of PPR under your stream (FSW, CEC, PNP).

If they have ADR or they need deeper investigation your application will be postponed and waiting for that to be done before resuming and putting to the waiting queue again.

That is the reason for delays.

Very nice description! +1

The only correction I'd make is that the "second analyst confirmation at LVO" is actually the officer confirmation. It seems to be that the people at LVO are higher ranked and have the last say, although they rarely disagree with the initial case analyst recommendation, when they do what you usually see is that they have the last say.

If we correlate BG status with above queue then the status will looks like this

Not Applicable :: Sl # 1
In Progress / Next step to conduct a BG Check :: Sl # 2, 3,4
Not Applicable :: Sl # 5
In Progress :: Sl # 6, 7

Hi Guys,

I am an outland FSW

AOR: January 15, 2017

Medical passed: February 4, 2017

RPRF: February 21, 2017 (paid the next day), the letter mentioned that I was found eligible and the criminality/security checks are still ongoing.

Since then, I am having my BC as not applicable. Yesterday, I e-mailed CPC-Ottawa and their reply was the following:

"Our office confirms that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization".

Any idea how long will it take to get an update regarding my application.

Thanks in advance,
At what stage could be my current status?

vensak made a mistake there betting with you :p it is pretty obvious Europe will be faster than us Latin American countries with all the beer and siestas people at the LVO must take since im pretty sure by now all people working at the LVOs are blend in with the local latin american customs :p
Kindy include Port of Spain. Lol. Hear they're slow but there arent enough applicants to make a judgement. ;D

PPR comes to you any moment,n say in a week or less.
I hope i will see BG IP2 soon as well, as we had very similar timelines.

How many days was your BG in NA state, before it went IP2?
It was in NA for 11 days.

From Mar 10th

Based on the recent trend, it seems you may see BG change before end of this week followed by PPR.

All the best

POS? Well they had carnival time 2 weeks in February, so no wonder they are working slow.

Congo

You can expect your BG to change to IP again and get a PPR soon so max -2/3 weeks(my guess)

All the best

Finally I got my golden mail.
I got new message on my account today app. 12:20 CET time.

First thanks everybody for lot of support. really appreciated.

One last question.
I am visa extempt, but my husband is not.
In the mail it is stated to send all passports. But when I have checked my application, I have seen additional folders for my photo and passport scan.

I just want to be sure,
Shall I still send all passports or just the one of my husband?
Thanks a lot.

Congrats finally!!!
