Hi JP, just looking at your CRS:1080, wondering are you under PNP, instead of CEC?
I think it takes longer for PNP to have any movements compared to FSW & CEC.
Hi Canbaby

Yes I am under PNP with Canadian experience. Is there a difference in processing times for PNP with Candian experience and PNP without Canadian experience?? Or is it just PNP category irrespective of experience?

Thing is I received my PNP nomination and ITA on the same day and i accepted PNP nomination right away.

Just Curious, at what point does CIC verify work experience? Is it at background check or before background check?

AOR is January 28th and Medical was passed Feb 24th; BG in progress (1)

No I did not. Should I have? I did not think it was requested

Yes, you don't need to submit. I'm just trying to understand the BG trend. Some people including myself have submitted RCMP upfront. Majority of our cases BG is changing from NN-NS instead of NN-IP. It seems our assumptions are correct.

Usually once your medical exams pass then the documents section changes to No documents required now.
Relax, CEC applications move fast once your medicals are cleared.
We are in a same boat. My AOR is Jan. 12. Nothing has updated since then. Your CRS = 1080 meaning you are an inland PNP applicant (BTW,I am an inland Ontario OINP CEC applicant with CRS=1048, this category is equivalent to an inland PNP). If you take a look at the tracker, no one in this category has passed medical review. Looks like the process is extremely slow for inland PNP guys. Lots of guys in the same category with AORs in Dec. are still waiting for their first update.

To be honest, I'm not sure at what stage Work experience validation will done. Based on the different threads, I understood that it may happen during BG check.

For UCI enquiry I got a reply that it is not assigned yet..my status is as:-
Category- FSW-O
AOR date - 25th Jan 2017
Medical Passed- 15th Feb 2017, BG - NN to NS
BG- NS to NN- 19th Feb 2017

How is it possible that it is not assigned yet..also no reply on visa office...although should be NDVO..any insight into this.

So it becomes a competition between PNP-Inland and FSW-Inland for slowest processing. :-\

As discused earlier in this thread. RCMP is not in checklist which I thought is.
I personally would suggest to get it done and submit it upfront to avoid processing delay.
It is worth only $45.
If they require, they will already have it. If they don't require, there is nothing wrong submitting an extra document.
