Hello,

I am new to this forum.

I am CEC PNP Inland and I applied in January 2017.

Following is my status:

Medical: Passes 24 March, 2017
Background: We are processing your background. Same day as medical passed.
Additional Doc Request: RCMP 18th April
Submitted RCMP : 25th April

File Currently at Ottawa.

Can somebody please tell me at what stage my file is and approximately how long it is going to take for PPR ?

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

I just called CIC today.
CEC inland, AOR Jan 3, Med pass Feb 25, BG 2 in process since April 04.

They told me that my file is under security check.

I guess because I stayed in US for 2 years before, they need to run the thorough investigation.

Therefore, the timeline is unpredictable.

FSW-O here, just went to IP2 yesterday and was surprised to not see the e-mail today.

Same here. Also from USA, FSW. BG went to IP by Thursday, no email since then. Have you tried to call?

AOR Jan 3? so that means you submitted the PR application on Jan 3 right? That is a long time especially for a CEC inland application.
Did you submit the US Police Certificate? What about RCMP?

I am in the same boat as you are, I have the same time like. We are in the slowest stream. Be patient, we have a long wait ahead.. here is the tracker https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/november-2016-aor-permanent-residency-tracker. Filter it by PNP Inland and find the timelines.

No, he didn't mention. He just said my application is still under security check.

I just saw someone from January got a refusal today on the January tracker... do you guys know why was that?

It's me , I got refused because of the arrange of offer of employment , they said that doesn't match the name of my company in my work permit with the one of my offer of employment so , they deducted the 50 points , and my score went below of the draw I was invited.

Sorry to hear that. What was the reason for this mistake? Did you have an offer from the company on your work permit?

If your CRS is high enough, I'd recommend applying without arranged employment. Good luck.

Thank you for replying and sorry to hear that. I saw you have your BOWP approved so that will give you time to apply again for PR, right?

Basically in my work permit say that I work for A....ex and the offer of employment says A....ex Inc. , so it doesn't match for them .

Seen the las draw I have now 459 points , so hopefully this week it comes another draw, I already make a new profile without arranged employment .
