Gentelmen,
i really need your advice.
i am FSW O, AOR 21 march, medical passed on 9th feb, and the BG NA since then.
when i submit the file i answered "yes" to one of the questions, regarding a visa was rejected for one of the EU countries and i write all the justifications in the remarks.
now they send me message asking me to provide more detailed information.
can you please advice me what should i do? how can i submit further information ( writing on paper and uploading it ?)

I'm almost in the same situation, French OINP PNP Outland, my BG status has been stuck to NA since March 15th. All I know is that my case is in CPC Ottawa. I requested vacation from the end of May so I can do my landing. I hope I'll get the PPR before it!

So am I guys! French OINP. BG is NA since 21 Feb...

"Our office confirms that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization".

Any idea how long will it take to get an update regarding my application.

Don't worry. As they are currently working on FSW files and your file is already in Ottawa. You will hear from them soon.

I just have some concerns regarding my case, I have been in BG-IP2 for 2 weeks and still no updates.

Anyone have the same situation and know what's going on ? and should I order to NOTES ?

AOR - JAN.17

additional submit - March 17
BG change from nn-ns-nn(NA) - IP.

Hey guys, nice to hear about old buddies from the French OINP team!
At least we have vensak who has already her COPR and emmn1003 who is close from the same stream to give us hope. I will give it until beginning of may to start worrying. babynoufette, Ivanover and the others that I came across in this thread have also good Progress.

Hang on guys and I hope the PPR will be in time for your vacations and landing in May Julian!

You must have got rejection letter from the embassy stating that on which grounds they rejected your visa. It is very normal with US visa rejections and they generally give rejection latter i.e. under which section they denied visa.
Similarly, you must have got from EU country.

Also, you can give more background info. and that time circumstances.
